Lekompo Artist Tsaka RSA Slapped with Additional Rape Charges as Bail Hearing is Postponed
Lekompo musician Tsaka RSA, who is currently facing rape charges, appeared in court today intending to apply for bail, only to be hit with two additional charges.
The artist appeared in the dock today, Monday, 19 October 2026, for his scheduled bail application.
However, proceedings took an unexpected turn when the state informed the court that two more criminal charges had been added to his case sheet.
Following the introduction of the new charges, the matter could not proceed with the bail hearing.
The court has postponed the case to Wednesday, 21 October 2026, to allow for further legal proceedings and to give the defense time to address the new allegations.
Tsaka RSA remains in custody until his next court appearance.
