Philani “The Manager” stabbed in the face
Malamulele social media influencer Philani, popularly known as “The Manager”, was allegedly stabbed twice in the face during an incident in the early hours of Sunday.
According to Philani’s account during a live broadcast, he was inside his car near a popular chisa nyama when four men allegedly approached and banged on his windows, demanding to take a photograph with him.
He said a confrontation followed, during which one of the men allegedly stabbed him twice. The suspect was reportedly wearing a gangster T-shirt.
It is further alleged that the suspect had been released from prison approximately two months ago. This information has not yet been independently verified.
Despite his injuries, Philani reportedly drove himself to Malamulele Hospital, where he sought emergency medical treatment.
